Keith is a fourth-generation member of the Campbell family

Keith is a fourth-generation member of the Campbell family, who are the owners of Mannington Mills. He spent his entire 43-year career at Mannington, holding such diverse

positions as District Sales Manager, Assistant Director of Manufacturing, Senior Financial

Analyst and Executive Vice President. He joined the Board of Directors in 1983, was

appointed Chairman in 1995 and retired in 2023.

A pillar of the local and floorcovering communities, Keith set an example for the company

and his family with an unwavering commitment to service. Over the years he served on the

Board of Directors of South Jersey Industries and the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.

was on the Board of Trustees of Stand Up for Salem, an economic development nonprofit

founded by his father John B. “Johnny” Campbell, and served as its chairman for 25 years.

served on the Board of Trustees for Rowan University (NJ) and Muskingum University (OH)

and was an elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Salem. He and his wife Shirley received

an Honorary Doctorate of Letters from Rowan University in 2006 and Keith holds an

Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Muskingum University awarded in 2009. In

addition, Keith was inducted into the World Floorcovering Association (WFCA) Hall of Fame

in 2014.

Born and raised in Salem, NJ, Keith holds a bachelor’s degree from Muskingum University in

New Concord, Ohio.
